| Please inform Aparthotel Allada 3* in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Payment Information: Once the reservation has been made the hotel will pre-authorize the credit card to guarantee the reservation. Please note that check-in takes place as off 14:00. Please note guests must check-out before 11:00. Please note that from November to April a EUR 80 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. Please note that from May to October a EUR 250 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. Arrival Information: Guests are required to show a DNI or Passport and credit card upon check-in, without these documents access will be denied. Reception and key collection service is available from 10:30 to 18:30 at street Allada-Vermell, 6-8. There is also a reception service from 7:00 to 03:00 at street Muntaner, 60. ONE general cleaning of the apartment is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of €45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. An additional €25 will be charged in the event that this is not done. When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can be accommodated in the apartment.
