Payment Policy

Please note that the following group policies apply for bookings of 5 rooms or more:
- Group bookings can be paid via credit card (visa or mastercard) and bank transfer
- A 50%, non-refundable pre-paid deposit is required upon confirmation
- The total balance is due 28 days prior to arrival, also non refundable
- Please note that group bookings are only possible when there are no other groups booked in the hotel yet.

Cancellation policies for groups:
- Until 28 days prior to arrival, cancellation for the group is free. The 50% deposit however will not be refunded.

Refundable bookings can be paid in advance or upon arrival if the hotel has a credit card guarantee. The hotel will sent you an e-mail after you have booked, with more information.
Please note that a pre-authorization of EUR 1 may be charged anytime after booking.

Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card for the first night if you have not arrived by 18:00 on the check-in date and the hotel has not received a prepayment.

Please note that check-in is only possible when guests use a valid credit card or maestro/PIN.

Please note that this property does not serve alcohol.

Please note that the main booker must be minimum 18 years old.

Please note that children until 2 years of age stay free of charge. Children of 3 years or older must pay for their accommodation.

Please note that cash payments are not accepted at this hotel. The hotel gives you the opportunity to pay before arrival. An e-mail with more information will follow after the confirmation of the booking.
