This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that payment with card is possible only in advance and through a PayPal account. Guests are kindly requested to inform the property about it prior to arrival in writing. Upon check-in, the property accepts payment in cash only. The property will in every case pre-authorise EUR 50 on your card prior to arrival, and till check-out as caution. Late or early check-in, or late check-out is possible only upon prior written confirmation by the property. Please also note that guests can choose whether to perform the final cleaning of the unit or pay the final cleaning fee. Please inform the property about your decision in writing. Please be informed that towels are not included in the room rate. Guests can rent them at the property or bring their own.
