This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that children staying in existing beds can benefit from the following discounts which will be provided at check-in: - children of age 2 and younger can stay free of charge in existing beds - children of ages 3 to 11 will be charged EUR 10/night when staying in existing beds The maximum of 2 children can stay in 1 room. Please note that a security deposit of EUR 100 (1-bedroom apartment) or EUR 200 (2-bedroom apartment) is required upon arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the apartment. |
