This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property does not permit parties or gatherings. The maximum occupancy number must not be exceeded. Additional charges will apply if there is evidence that these rules were breached and the property reserves the right to evict guests at the guests' expense. A security deposit of GBP 200 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
