| A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required when you book. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please inform My Space Barcelona Pool City Center in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: Carrer Prats de Mollo 14, 08021 Barcelona. Please note that check-in takes place from 15:00 to 20:00 at the office located on Prats de Molló Street, 14, Barcelona 08021. Check ins after 20:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 40, while arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 50. All late check-ins take place directly at the apartment. Please note that check-in before 15:00 is available upon request and carries a surcharge of EUR 40. Please note that the standard cleaning fee of EUR 60 is for a final cleaning service after departure. A security deposit of EUR 300 is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable and is returned 5 days after departure. |
