You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that check-in takes place from 15:00 to 20:00 at the office located on Prats de Molló Street, 14, Barcelona 08021. Check in after 20:00 carris a surcharge of EUR 40, while arrivals after 23:00 carry a surcharge of EUR 50. Check in out of office hours takes place at the apratment directly. A EUR 300 damage deposit is payable on arrival for incidentials. This deposit is fully refundable after 5 days of the departure subject to a damages inspection. Early check-in before 15:00 is available on request for a surcharge of EUR 40. Please note that the cleaning fee is for a final cleaning service after departure and costs EUR 60 for the whole stay. |
