This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that check-in is by pre-arranged appointment only as the property does not have a 24 -hour reception. Once the reservation has been made Maple Street Apartments will contact you with information regarding check-in. Check-in after 20:30 up to 00:00 is possible for GBP 35, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Any check in after 00:00 is possible at extra cost of GBP 70 and subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Please supply the name of all guests to be accommodated. Only named guests may stay at the property. Kindly note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag, or similar parties, and loud noise is prohibited.
