You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that the check-in and key-collection take place at: 8 Craven Hill, Paddington, W2 3DS London. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please note that credit card holder name must match guest name. If you are not the owner of the credit card used to make the reservation, please contact the property in advance at using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. An authorization form will be e-mailed to you to be filled in, signed by card holder and then e-mailed back to the property along with a copy of card holder ID. Please note that reception is open from 07:00 until 23:00. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Hyde Park Suites in advance. Once guests have checked in, the total of the reservation is applicable and non-refundable.
