You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 3 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A security deposit of EUR 150 for the Small One-Bedroom apartment and the Economy Double Room and EUR 250 for the One-Bedroom Apartment, the Two-Bedroom Apartment and the Two-Bedroom Penthouse Apartment is required upon arrival for incidental charges. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. |
