| Please inform Golden Square in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), wearing a face mask is mandatory in all indoor common areas. A damage deposit of GBP 250 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. The apartment will make contact near to the arrival date by email, phone or text message to give clear check-in instructions. Guests are kindly asked to be responsive to messages to ensure check-in is quick and easy. Guests are not permitted to host any parties in the property. As the property is in a residential area please do not cause noise disturbance and respect the neighbours. Please note the lead guest must be 30 years and older. Guests will be charged GBP 250 if guests are found to be smoking in the rooms. The property is strictly non-smoking throughout.
