You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. There is 1 parking place per apartment available in a garage for cars up to 1,9 metres high, a surcharge applies. In case the car is higher, we can provide a parking place outside. Elen's Apartments accepts payment only in CZK and EUR currency. The hotel exchange rate can be different to the one provided by your bank. Differences are not refundable. Earlier check-in is possible only upon a request in advance and a confirmation by the property, for an additional cost of EUR20. Please note that hen and stag parties cannot be accommodated.
