You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of GBP 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the card used for the payment of the stay must be presented at check-in together with a ID. Chilworth Court charges a refundable security deposit on arrival. Please note that at check-in, guests are required to submit a security/deposit which is an authorization on the guest's credit card. This authorisation will be cancelled following settlement of any outstanding balance on your bill at check-out and after an inventory check out has been made.
