| Please inform Barcelona Apartment Milà in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Barcelona Apartment Milà know your expected arrival time 48 hours in advance in order to arrange key collection. You can use the special request box when contacting the property. Reception and key collection service is available from 10:30 to 18:30 at Gran de Gràcia Street, 205. Please note, only 1 general cleaning is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays and additional cleaning service requests are subject to a supplement of EUR 45 (includes linen & towels change). Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. Barcelona Apartment Milà also reserves the right to charge EUR 25 if the kitchen is not clean upon check-out. When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply. In order to guarantee the reservation, a prepayment by credit card must be made on the date of booking. Please note that parties are not permitted in the apartments. Please note that only the number of guests indicated at booking can enter the apartment. Guests are required to show a DNI or Passport and credit card upon check-in, without these documents access will be denied.
