| A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please let Barcelona Apartment Aramunt know your expected arrival time 48 hours before the check-in in order to arrange key collection. You can use the special request box when contacting the property. Please note that from November to April a EUR 80 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. Please note that from May to October a EUR 250 security deposit is required upon arrival for incidentals. CLEANING: Please note that only 1 general cleaning of the apartment is included only for stays of 6 nights or more. The cleaning service for shorter stays, and additional cleaning service requests, are subject to a supplement of EUR 45. Please note that the kitchen must be left clean and tidy on leaving the apartment at the end of your stay. An additional EUR 25 will be charged in the event that this is not done. Reception and key collection service is available from 7:00 to 03:00 at street Muntaner, 60. When booking more than 3 apartments, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
