Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Reasonable evidence must be provided on arrival. If it isn't provided, your booking will be cancelled on arrival. If for any reason, the expected time of arrival is delayed by more than 30 minutes, guests should inform the property staff as soon as possible. On arrival: Guests must pay the remaining amount of their stay in cash. A member of staff will accompany guests to their apartment and supply them with all the necessary information for their stay. Guests will be supplied with 2 sets of keys. The following surcharges apply to arrivals at weekends, on public holidays and after 20:00: From 20:00 until 00:00 – EUR 35 From 00:00 until 03.00 – EUR 50 Saturday, Sunday or public holiday: EUR 35 Saturday, Sunday or public holiday from 00:00 until 03.00: EUR 50 Check-out: Guests must leave their apartments at 11:00 although it is recommended that they are prepared to leave between 09:00 and 10:00. A member of staff will visit to check the condition of the apartment, collect the keys and return the total deposit in the case of the apartment being in an acceptable condition.
